Colleen is a Professional Member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) with previous Preferred Provider of S4OM-Society for Oncology Massage. She received her massage training from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, Albany NY. Colleen is also a graduate from Mildred Elley, Latham NY with a Clinical Medical Assistant degree. Continuing education is something Colleen strives for, she has attended courses in Oncology and mastectomy massage from Society For Oncology Massage as well as the Healwell Hospital Massage Therapy program. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist with 135 hours of education from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) .
Colleen incorporates all types of massage from Swedish massage, sports massage, and deep tissue. Her areas of specialty and continuing education are in Oncology massage, mastectomy massage, Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), microfascial facilitation, myofascial release (MFR), scar tissue therapy, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic Deep Tissue and Palliative/Hospice therapeutic care. She is a Reiki Practitioner, a previous employee at the CR Wood Cancer Center at Glens Falls Hospital and of The Community Hospice massage team.
Having a medical background, Colleen's approach is designed for each individual client and always provides compassion and listening to address the clients specific need. When a client presents with a specific pathology, Colleen researches the pathology and finds the best approach for massage and comfortable care. She also incorporates stretching techniques into her sessions. Her goal is to educate clients about the benefits of massage and to encourage self care.

Shannon received her massage therapy education at The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY. She finds working one-on-one with her clients very fulfilling and rewarding. Shannon has a kind hearted nature and is passionate about helping her clients heal.
Shannon's areas of expertise are Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage. She also specializes in Trigger Point Therapy and Labor/Prenatal Massage. Shannon likes to offer her love for Aromatherapy based on her clients needs.
Shannon has her own history with injury due to her many years of being an athlete (Volleyball and Martial Arts) and has dealt with the overall affects of a severe motor vehicle accident. Her experience with this helps her uniquely identify the physical, mental, and emotional needs of her clients.

Brandi is a 2004 graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of massage therapy, Albany NY. She also holds a bachelor's degree in biology received from Skidmore College in 2001.
Brandi combines techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and stretching to create a session tailored specifically to her client's needs. She has taken continuing education courses in lymphatic facilitation, fascia scar tissue, medical/functional massage for whiplash and headaches, trigger point therapy as well as muscle energy techniques. Brandi really enjoys specializing in myofascial release (MFR) techniques and incorporating it in her massage session.
Brandi prides herself on a thorough intake process to get to know the client and the functional difficulties the client is having to help assess the best treatment plan.
